SPA DAY & TREATMENT OVERVIEW
Breath is life, and through it, transformation unfolds. In this deeply transformative 60-minute guided breathwork experience, you’ll explore a modern evolution of ancient technique blending elements of Pranayama, Breath of Fire, and the Wim Hof Method into a dynamic practice designed to awaken vitality and dissolve energetic blocks.
Guided by Naturopathic Functional Medicine Doctor and Holistic Ceremonialist, Camilla Dos Santos, this immersive session integrates intentional breathwork, mindful rhythm, and sensory awareness to recalibrate the nervous system, detox the body, and create new neural pathways. Each breath becomes an invitation to transcend ego, release limiting beliefs, and return to your natural state of balance and clarity.
Enhanced by sacred soundscapes and subtle ritual, this extended session allows you to drop deeper into your inner landscape — where profound release and renewal naturally occur. As the experience closes with a guided integration meditation, you’ll emerge grounded yet radiant: centred, elevated, and reconnected to the quiet intelligence within.
