This treatment allows you to breath more deeply and increases circulation in the belly and pelvis and surprisingly may also bring relief from back aches and pains.
Amanda Porter is one of the founders of The Abdominal Therapy Collective as an international educator and therapist. Amanda was trained by the last of the Mayan healers in this traditional approach to health, based on the work of Dr Rosita Arvigo. Amanda is now at the forefront of teaching and performing this profoundly transformational work.

All spa days must be booked in advance. If you paying for your experience using a Beaverbrook Gift Voucher then you must bring your voucher on the day, failure to do so will result in your spa day being charged in full on arrival.
