Floating Sound Healing Spa Day: A New Moon Ceremony

A restorative floating sound healing experience, timed with the new moon - a natural point in the lunar cycle for release, reflection, and setting new intentions.

Your spa day includes:

  • Afternoon arrival from 3pm
  • Wholesome, evening meal in the Deli at 7:30pm
  • Full use of The Coach House facilities
  • 75-minute Floating Sound Healing Ceremony from 6-7.15pm

TREATMENT OVERVIEW:

As you float gently on water, the body is supported into stillness while vibrational sound moves through you. Our sound practitioners will guide you through an immersive field of live gongs and layered frequencies, to calm the nervous system, release built-up tension and create the mental and emotional space to set intentions for the months ahead.

    All spa days have a minimum age of 18.

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your spa day. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged in full.
