SPA DAY & TREATMENT OVERVIEW

Immersing you within nature we are delighted to introduce a unique spa experience at The Coach House Spa: our Vibrational Sound Bodywork Treatment in The Meadow Hut, that incorporates energy cleansing with a sound bathing ritual and a full body massage, with the overall aim to relax, release and recharge.

Taking place in our Meadow Hut, located within the wild flower meadow at The Coach House Spa, your Vibrational Sound Bodywork treatment will start with a smudging session using sage and rosemary to cleanse the body. Following this is a sound bathing ritual that uses chimes, Tibetan bowls and gongs to relax and revive the body and mind. The final stage of your treatment is a biodynamic full body massage, tailored specifically to your needs using one, or a blend, of Coach House essential oils to aid your individual needs.

Since the start of human civilisation sound and music has been used not only as a recreational tool but also for healing practices, with the sound vibrations offering balance to one’s state of being, reducing stress, improving your mood and even providing physical pain relief. This treatment combines the power of music and sound, with that of nature to leave you feeling relaxed and recharged.

Please note that the Meadow Hut is only accessible by steep stairs.

  • All spa days are subject to availability. Treatment times are subject to availability on your selected spa day date and will be confirmed by our Spa Team via email following your booking. All spa days must be booked in advance. If you paying for your experience using a Beaverbrook Gift Voucher then you must bring your voucher on the day, failure to do so will result in your spa day being charged in full on arrival. Please advise us of any health issues we should be aware of before your arrival including any allergies. All spa days have a minimum age of 18.

    Failure to cancel before 48 hours ahead will result in full payment.
