Thursday, 11th September – Preparing for Meditation: calm breath techniques, mind-centering, and exploring the three levels of breath
Friday, 12th September – Nine Breathings of Purification: powerful breathwork to clear the five negative emotions
Saturday, 13th September – Training the Mind: discovering the true nature of the mind through awareness, distraction, and antidotes
Sunday, 14th September – Four Foundations of Mindfulness: grounding the mind through body, feeling, and phenomena
Monday, 15th September – Walking Meditation & Sky/Sun Gazing: connecting with nature through meditative walking and open sky awareness

This September, we are honoured to welcome Master Geshe YongDong (Geshela) - a revered Tibetan Bön lama - for an exclusive five-day spiritual residency devoted to ancient practices for clarity, peace, and deep inner renewal.
Held within the serene grounds of The Estate, Geshela will lead dedicated workshops offering a harmonious rhythm of traditional Tibetan practices.
Daily immersive practices each introduce a new focus, from emotional purification and mindfulness training to walking meditation and sky gazing, all designed to restore balance and reconnect you with your inner self.
This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from one of the few living masters of this ancient Himalayan tradition still teaching in the West. Geshela became a Buddhist monk at the age of 13, taking his vows at the esteemed Nangzhig Bönpo Monastery in Tibet, and with over three decades of teaching worldwide, he brings profound wisdom, depth, and warmth to this one-of-a-kind residency.

All spa days are subject to availability. Treatment times are subject to availability on your selected spa day date and will be confirmed by our Spa Team via email following your booking. All spa days must be booked in advance. If you paying for your experience using a Beaverbrook Gift Voucher then you must bring your voucher on the day, failure to do so will result in your spa day being charged in full on arrival. Please advise us of any health issues we should be aware of before your arrival including any allergies. All spa days have a minimum age of 18.
Failure to cancel before 48 hours ahead will result in full payment.
